Since the last time I updated some
things have gone on like:
- The club was unable to sponsor me
- I got my first job!
- I sumbitted my CBYX application
- I'm working on my YES application
So to start off with the first one.
The Virginia Peninsula Rotary Club was unable to sponsor me due to
the facts that they didn't have enough support for host families and
the main person who handle exchanges and was experience with it, she
did not return to Rotary this year so it just wasn't going to work.
BUT luckily my district has an amazing YEO shout out to Mr. Lee
Muckey! He's been trying for the past month to find a club who will
sponsor me!
The next thing.... I GOT MY FIRST JOB!
Yayy! I work at Chuck E Cheese as a birthday hostess, I started
Monday which was 3 days ago! I'm so happy!
I know I said I wasn't going to apply
to CBYX or Yes because I wanted to go through Rotary. Well I wanted
to make sure I have something just in case Rotary doesn't work out.
So I submitted my application in the beginning of November and now
I'm just waiting for semi notification February 6th. My
YES application is in the works! I hope to get it done sometime next
month.
I want to talk about a lot more but it
Thanksgiving and currently to lazy bahaha.
